With the aim of ensuring the effective use of natural resources with an awareness of environmental and energy responsibility; increasing energy efficiency, developing renewable energy sources, minimizing all kinds of waste arising from resource consumption, separating waste at source and disposing of hazardous waste without harming the environment, complying with relevant laws and regulations and continuously improving, contributing to instilling environmental awareness in our employees, guests, tour operators, suppliers and society, turning our policy into a way of life, ensuring continuity of our practices so that it spreads to every area of our lives, and keeping it open to public review are our goals.
We aim to provide regular training for our employees and, by continuously improving working conditions, identify hazards and risks they may be exposed to in advance and prevent possible work accidents and occupational diseases.
By complying with legal requirements and our own requirements, our occupational health and safety policy is to protect human health and human rights as a team, to provide a safe and healthy working environment, to raise awareness of all our employees through training and adopt as a core duty that they do not endanger their own health and safety, that of other employees, and that of our guests; and to continuously improve the prevention culture by reviewing our risk analyses.
Without allowing discrimination based on race, gender, disability and similar matters, we aim to work to prevent the exploitation of vulnerable groups, and to increase both the number and quality of local employment created by tourism, including improving wages and service quality.
Within the scope of our capabilities, our hotel commits to providing accessible tourism services for everyone and informs customers and stakeholders clearly and accurately via our website about the level of accessibility.
Our aim is to contribute to cultural heritage and minimize any damage to it. Our purchasing policy focuses on local, environmentally friendly, fair-trade-based and efficient purchasing. To ensure this, in accordance with the principle of not employing child labor as set out in the International Labour Organization’s Declaration on Fundamental Principles and Rights at Work, we do not allow child labor in our organization and we expect the same sensitivity from all our business partners.
Within our business, we provide environments/opportunities that contribute to children’s development where they can express their thoughts, wishes and feelings comfortably, and feel free and at ease.

We strive to make continuous improvements not only for guests with physical disabilities, but also for our guests who cannot participate in tourism activities due to barriers such as visual or hearing impairments.

Ensuring our staff’s personal development starts with orientation and on-the-job training and continues through the trial period. By following evolving global conditions, we keep our staff’s trainings and drills up to date through periodic support from internal and external providers. • Local staff are preferably our priority.
For sustainability, protecting the environment and minimizing our business’s negative impacts on the environment, and contributing to the development of the society we are in by ensuring sustainable purchasing are our primary goals.
We pay attention to selecting food and beverage items purchased for our facility from locally produced products that are of high quality, fit for purpose and compliant with relevant legislation. To limit and minimize the environmental impacts during our operations, when purchasing we will evaluate the following criteria along with price, quality and suitability, and consider not only the purchase cost but also the life-cycle cost: • Preference for equipment/products that consume less energy, • Preference for equipment/products that consume less water, • Preference for equipment/products/services that generate less waste, • Preference for materials that cause the least harm to the environment, • Replacing cooling gases and equipment at end of life with new cooling machines compliant with environmental legislation, • Creating awareness by contacting our suppliers regarding the supply of sustainable products and services.
Using natural resources without harming the ecosystem is also valued. In all purchasing activities, animal rights and the sustainability of wildlife species are respected, and prohibited products are not procured.
We prefer environmentally certified products and suppliers for wood, paper, fish, other foods and products sourced from the wild. If certified products or suppliers are not available, we research origin and production methods.
To minimize waste, we aim to carefully manage consumables including food, prefer reusable, returnable and recycled products, and expect suppliers to minimize and properly manage their waste.
Practices such as using energy-saving products and purchasing from local/regional businesses are valued for the environment. We also aim to support local entrepreneurs in developing and selling sustainable products and services.
By adopting the principles of fair trade, we avoid corruption, bribery and conflicts of interest. Priority is given to business partners who comply with commercial ethics and legal legislation. In addition, the intellectual property rights of all business partners are protected.
Our organization works with local/regional suppliers to ensure responsible sourcing and to fulfill and support our social responsibility across the entire supply chain.
We see our raw material and technical suppliers as important partners with whom we develop trust relationships through open, equal and fair trade. Our organization also promotes the Sustainable Management System across the supply chain, including our suppliers, by taking into account environment, quality, occupational safety and human rights in order to gain society’s trust.
We carry out our activities with an awareness of our responsibilities towards the environment and society, with belief in continuous improvement and sustainable environment, and we will ensure its continuity. By keeping under control factors that may cause environmental pollution, we will minimize the pollution and damage we may cause to the environment.
We will fulfill our legal obligations and comply with environmental legislation and administrative regulations. By using the best possible technology during our activities, we will minimize the negative impacts we may have on the environment.
We will share our efforts to protect the environment and build environmental awareness with our employees, guests, suppliers and society, and ensure it is adopted as a philosophy of life.
By organizing necessary trainings to increase environmental awareness, we will ensure that our employees become informed, aware and motivated regarding the environment. In order to prevent environmental pollution, we will work to reduce pollutants at source, reuse or recycle them.
We will use energy and natural resources at appropriate levels and implement actions to prevent unnecessary resource consumption. Environmentally friendly and efficient products will be purchased and supplied for zero waste, waste reduction and reduction of chemical use.
After each department’s activities, potential environmental risks will be identified and measures will be taken to reduce resulting waste. We will develop solutions for waste separation across the facility and rooms. We will ensure that hazardous waste generated in our facility is disposed of within the scope of environmental legislation and that this is continuously carried out within our organization.
We store waste properly in separate areas according to their characteristics, deliver them to licensed/authorized companies without exceeding legal storage time limits, and keep records.
To keep our natural resources sustainable, we will regularly monitor our water and electricity consumption and take preventive measures to avoid excessive consumption. To prevent excessive chemical consumption, we will provide training to our staff regarding the necessity of using chemicals in sufficient amounts.
We will continue to prioritize biological control methods in garden maintenance and continue applying drip irrigation for water saving.
We will carry out regular drills with Emergency Response Teams to prevent potential emergencies and environmental disasters.
We will continuously improve our Environmental Management System. We will continue to fight against pollution arising from soil, water, air, light, noise, erosion and surface runoff, and ensure effective use of natural resources.
We strive to minimize our carbon footprint and greenhouse gas emissions.
We will provide reminder information at regular intervals to increase environmental awareness among staff and guests. We will continue announcements through staff-oriented environmental awareness boards. We measure our performance in environmental management, monitor it with targets, and aim to improve it.

Our aim is to protect the ecological system in the terrestrial areas belonging to our facilities, and ensure the protection and sustainability of natural life around us by monitoring invasive species.
Our organization is aware of and complies with existing local, national and international regulations and guidelines regarding wildlife interactions, including monitoring wildlife.
Based on recommendations of wildlife experts, the organization complies with the development and implementation of local laws and guidelines for wildlife interactions, including wildlife viewing, as appropriate.
Unless explicitly approved by internationally accepted standards or in cases where standards do not exist, direct interactions guided by independent wildlife expert advice—especially feeding—are not allowed.

Through this system, we receive feedback from both our staff and our customers.
Our system is organized to enable and encourage our customers and staff to provide feedback quickly, simply and effectively.
Customer satisfaction is valued in our hotel. Customer satisfaction includes feedback received from the above-described sustainability system. Results are analyzed. Negative feedback and the response given are recorded and necessary measures are taken.
Our employees know what they need to do within our management system and sustainability-related policies and practices.
What our employees need to do is defined in writing, communicated to them, and necessary training and guidance are provided regularly. Trainings on this subject are recorded.
